Happy 4th of July!  I loved watching this sweet girl, Karin, grow since she was in her mom’s belly! Her family was out-of-the-country when she turned one, however, her mom still wanted to do a first birthday smash cake session for her, so we decided to celebrate with a 4th of July theme. Yes, it’s never too late to do a fun smash cake session! Her creative mom handmade the adorable white, blue, and red tutu skirt and headband set just for her photo shoot!  She also bought a plain white cake from a local market and we decorated it together! It was so fun! Karin wasn’t much into smashing nor eating her cake until her older brother jumped in and joined her towards the end of the session.  We had such a fun time watching them destroy the birthday cake!
