Hello!  My name is Cathy and I live in Irvine, California (Orange County) with my supportive husband, two (mostly) sweet children, and an overly exuberant yellow lab named, Charlie. Yes, I need to update my profile picture!  I have an insatiable passion for capturing beautiful memories for families through my lens.   I love those moments when I get to capture the excitement between the parents-to-be, the sweetness of newborns, and the closeness of families.

To improve my photography skills and to enhance my abilities as a Newborn Photographer, I have taken classes at a photography school and in-person newborn photography workshops with successful professionals.  Being a Newborn Photographer means accepting responsibility, and I have learned how to work with newborn babies in a safe environment.

Besides photography, I also love to sew, knit, and do other creative things.  I handmade a lot of my own props and I love to keep my sessions creative, unique, and special for each family.  I am passionate with what I do and  I can’t think of any other job that would bring so much enjoyment and personal satisfaction.  The best part of my job is meeting new people and making new memories!
