Meet little Mia, the Christmas Baby!
I love Christmas time and the whole festive season! Precious little Mia was born two weeks earlier than expected, but her parents were definitely ready for her to enter the world. Mia is special because she’s a Christmas baby. Christmas is her Mom and Dad’s favorite holiday and they figured that one of the best ways to capture the memory was to book a Christmas newborn session with me. It always warms my heart when new Moms and Dads bring their little one to me so that we can all spend time together and get to know one another.
Mia’s parents brought along a really cute snowman hat and some Christmas ornaments to our photo session. It’s the kind of thing that adds a real personal touch to Christmas newborn photos. All Christmas babies are super special, and as Mia’s Mom and Dad were laying out all of the ornaments, Mia’s Mom even said: “…this is like a dream come true to me!” Approximately 1 week after the session, Mia and her parents came back to view the proofs. They were thrilled with the results and so was I. In fact, they are now planning to do some more photo sessions in the future with Mia and their two cute Corgi doggies! I can’t wait to capture their sibling’s portraits!
Thank you Mia’s Mom and Dad for bringing her in to meet me. I truly hope that the memories I’ve captured for you will stay with you for a lifetime. Merry Christmas to you and your family. I hope Mia will enjoy her very first Christmas!
