Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas!!! I am so blessed to be able to capture my clients celebrating their baby’s first Christmas and their precious moments! I also offered a limited number of Christmas family outdoor sessions to create their Christmas cards! I really enjoyed each one of our sessions! The best part was seeing my clients’ excited faces when they saw their cards for the first time! I am planning to offer more Christmas sessions for families next year, possibly at a Christmas tree farm, similar to where I photographed my husband and daughter. (You can see the images at the very bottom of this blog post.)
Here are just a few holiday photos that I took this year.. Enjoy!

Welcome to the world, sweet baby Audrey! There is something about her sweet and delicate little face that just mesmerizes me. Perhaps it’s her chubby baby cheeks! Audrey looked gorgeous in purple and she posed really well throughout the session. Luckily, she was in a deeeeeeep sleep when we were doing the siblings shots. Her 2.5 year old brother, Carter, was so proud of his brand new baby sister! Look how excited he is to be a big brother! He also did a great job kissing his little sister’s cheeks.
Thank you Audrey’s family for sharing your special time with me and allowing me to capture this precious time in your life. Wishing you all the best!

One of my very favorite aspects of being a newborn & baby photographer is having the privilege of photographing my little clients again and seeing how much they have changed in just a few months. Precious Baby Kayleigh celebrated her 100 days in a happy mood at her 3 month photo session. This is a special milestone in her Chinese heritage and I was so happy to be able to capture such an important moment. She’s such a sweet baby girl with beautiful eyes!
Happy 100 days Kayleigh! It was so nice to see you and your family again!!
Here is a newborn portrait of Kayleigh from just 3 months ago!
Look who is one! Little Ella is not so little anymore… I first met her at her newborn portrait session, so it was amazing to see how much she has grown in just one year! To help celebrate her 1st birthday, we captured the moment with some family, sibling, and 1st birthday cake smash portraits!
As you can see in the first image that shows the behind-the-scenes, it never fails that little kids will start acting up and running around when you want them to sit still for a second in order to take nice family portraits =) They also have an amazing ability to look everywhere, BUT the camera when they know you’re trying to catch their eye.
Sometimes I have one year olds that love cake, other times, it takes them awhile to find their groove. Ella was the later type and she wasn’t sure what to do when she saw the cake. Luckily, she has her big brother, Efren, who came to the rescue! We had done his cake smash session when he turned one, so he remembered what to do! He was ready to jump in from the beginning of the cake smash session and her grandma literally had to hold him back, lol! And…he ended up smashing his face into the cake!!!
Thanks to Ella’s beautiful family for another hilarious portrait session! Also, special thanks to her grandma for baking the beautiful cake for the session! I look forward to seeing your adorable kids grow!
