It’s that time of year again! Are you ready to capture magical holiday memories? We’re excited to offer three session options this year, giving you the perfect chance to make this holiday season unforgettable. Our Holiday Mini and Santa Session in Irvine (Orange County) is the perfect opportunity to update your family portraits, create something special for your home, and design beautiful holiday cards.

And guess what? Santa is coming back! ? We’re thrilled to announce that our beloved Santa, who has been spreading holiday magic with us since 2018, will return for his 6th year in a row!

Session Details:

Sessions are for kids and their immediate family only. Please see the FAQ for more details.
After booking, you’ll receive a pre-session questionnaire to fill out and submit.
A viewing and ordering appointment via Zoom will be scheduled within 3 days of your session to select your favorite images.

Absolutely! Newborns and babies are more than welcome to join!

For Holiday Mini Sessions: If your little one isn’t standing yet, we’ll focus on family portraits, so be prepared to capture some heartwarming moments together. We can also capture cute solo shots of your baby during tummy time or while sitting up on the bed. For more specialized baby portraits, I recommend booking a dedicated newborn or baby session.

For Santa Sessions: Santa loves to hold babies, so rest assured, your little one will be well cared for!

Yes, grandparents can join for an additional fee of $95, which includes one extra digital file featuring them in the session. It’s a great way to capture multigenerational memories!

Absolutely! For the Holiday Mini Sessions, try to book the session in the afternoon slot. If you’re only available in the morning, just let us know beforehand.

For Santa sessions, family members must hold their dogs to keep Santa’s suit allergen-free. Please ensure your dog is well-groomed and paws are clean. Don’t forget their favorite treats!

Yes! Cousins can book consecutive time slots for a few photos together. It’s a great way to celebrate family bonds during the holiday season!

Only the subjects being photographed should attend the session to ensure the best experience, especially for children. This helps keep the focus on the session for the best possible results.

Within three days of your photo session, we’ll schedule a viewing and ordering appointment via Zoom. At this appointment, you can review your proofs and select your favorite images. You’ll also be able to purchase additional products to showcase your photos perfectly.

You will receive your digital files within 2 weeks, provided you attend your Zoom viewing and ordering appointment within 3 days of your photo session.

Yes! You can request a rush order for an additional fee of $150 to receive your images within 3 days after you order.

Option 1:
The Christmas Courtyard + Cozy Winter Hideaway

DATE: Saturday, November 2nd, 2024 and Saturday, November 9th, 2024

LOCATION: Cathy's Photo Studio in Irvine, CA

PRICE: $375

The session fee includes:

25-minute photo session with one outfit change
The time includes 2 minutes for entering and exiting the studio (A changing area will be provided after the session if you're in pajamas)
3 digital images (high & low resolutions) with print release - Additional images: $95 each
Viewing and ordering appointment via Zoom

This will be a fun child(ren) and family session with two sets! (No Santa). Dress up for the Christmas Courtyard and change into your favorite holiday pajamas for the Cozy Winter Hideaway!

Option 2:

Santa Session at The Christmas Courtyard

DATE: Sunday, November 10th, 2024

LOCATION: Cathy's Photo Studio in Irvine, CA

PRICE: $375

The session includes:

8-minute photo session with Santa
The time includes 1-2 minutes for entering and exiting the studio.
3 digital images (high & low resolutions) with print release. - Additional images: $95 each
Viewing and ordering appointment via Zoom

This quick and sweet session is excellent for:

Babies and younger children who are not quite ready to interact with Santa at Santa's Magical Workshop session.
Children who love Santa!
Children who came to Santa's Magical Workshop session in previous years and would like to continue taking photos with the same Santa every year with a different set!

Parents are welcome to jump in at the end for family portraits. This private session gives your children and family plenty of time to interact with Santa and capture beautiful, lasting memories.

15-minute photo session with Santa

Your child will find their name on the Nice List, help Santa prepare toys, and even receive a small gift from Santa!

Parents are welcome to join us at the end for family portraits. Your child(ren) will leave our studio with magical Christmas memories, and you'll have beautiful portraits to cherish for a lifetime!
